Creating a pizza counter culture, @pizza, is opening its first restaurant in the Edinburgh’s busy West End at 4 Charlotte Lane, part of The Charlotte Square Collection’s redevelopment of Randolph House.
Offering fresh, fully customisable fixed-prized pizza in 90 seconds, @pizza takes a revolutionary approach to pizza with the fresh ingredients to create 56,000 easy to share or eat on your own combinations.
The Charlotte Lane location for its 100 seat restaurant takes advantage of this thriving office and shopping area of the city centre, and is close to the Edinburgh’s tram route. On the ground floor of the newly refurbished Randolph House, it also benefits from a contemporary environment and great visibility.
An accredited Scottish living wage employer, @pizza aims to make pizza a credible option for a fast lunch or break from the shops and opening in Charlotte Lane provides the perfect location.
@pizza is taking 2,890 sq ft in Randolph House on a 15 year lease. Randolph House benefits from being part of The Charlotte Square Collection, a managed estate of 22 premium commercial properties in and around the iconic New Town square and guarantees @pizza high quality specification, exceptional levels of service and distinct sense of community.
Nick Ball of Corran Properties, which manages The Charlotte Square Collection, said:
“We are delighted to welcome @Pizza to 4 Charlotte Lane. This is a very prominent location, popular with offices, residents and tourists, making it ideal for @Pizza’s first restaurant opening.
“Randolph House has been revitalised as a modern property with offices and the restaurant space. Technology company, Qikserve, was the first to move in and we expect to be in a position to announce additional tenants soon.”
The restaurant was marketed by Cushman & Wakefield. The architect on the project is ISA.
