ICONIC SCOTTISH BRAND MOVES HQ TO CHARLOTTE SQUARE COLLECTION

Baxters Food Group has taken up residence at 12-13 Charlotte Square, two linked Georgian townhouses that form part of The Charlotte Square Collection, a managed estate of 22 premium office properties in Edinburgh’s New Town.

The townhouses have been sensitively refurbished to restore the quality and integrity of the buildings, both in terms of their condition and aesthetic, to create a fitting head office for the organisation that has an international profile.

The successful renovation was the result of close collaboration between Baxters and Corran Properties, which manages The Charlotte Square Collection.

As part of the Charlotte Square Collection, Baxters also enjoys exception levels of service and a distinct sense of community. It joins other prestigious organisations resident in the Georgian square, including private banks, family offices, the Institute of Directors and the world’s third largest charity donor, the People’s Postcode Lottery.

Speaking as they announced their annual figures, Audrey Baxter, Executive Chairman and CEO of Baxters, commented:

“……our Head Office is now centered in our new premises in Edinburgh and reflects the Group’s position as a truly global and international business, whilst also providing a platform for further investment, organic growth, and potential acquisitions.”

Nick Ball of Corran Properties welcomed Baxters to The Collection:

“Baxters is an iconic Scottish brand and represents both heritage and a modern, innovative approach and we are delighted to welcome them to The Charlotte Square Collection. They join many other organisations that have similar values and global outlook.

“Charlotte Square has achieved the distinction of being the most prestigious business addresses in Edinburgh, and one of a small number of globally recognised business addresses in the UK, because it has successfully brought together the unique and authentic character of the Georgian buildings with modern business requirements. It is a privilege to work with such buildings and we continue to refurbish our properties to meet the growing interest in such office spaces.”
