Handling 11.13 million passengers in 2015, Edinburgh Airport is the busiest in Scotland and sixth busiest in the UK with more than 32 airlines serving over 122 destinations.

The airport has been significantly upgraded in recent years and was named Best European Airport (5-10m passengers) three years running by ACI Europe.

New direct flights to Zurich, Norway, Crete, Turkey, and Philadelphia came into operation in 2014,with increased daily services to Qatar, Abu Dhabi, New York (JFK) and New Jersey (Newark), as well as new direct flights to Copenhagen, introduced in 2015.

The Collection is located just a few moments walk away from Edinburgh's new tram lines which provide easy access from the city centre directly to the airport. Haymarket train station is also nearby offering direct links to London Kings X, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and all other major UK cities.
