City Centre ACCOMODATION
OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY
The Charlotte Square Collection of twenty-one townhouse properties is managed as an estate with a long term commitment to its success as a foremost business address. This brings with it an attention to detail and personal service to ensure that occupiers have the very best environment in which to successfully operate their businesses.
Where we are redeveloping the buildings, designs respect the character of the Georgian architecture while providing contemporary office accommodation designed for modern technology and sustainability demands.
Number 9 Charlotte Square is the headquarters of Hampden & Co. Work here saw all the interior elements renovated, while conserving the internal listed features, to create six floors of office space to suit the new bank’s business needs.
In November 2013, work was completed on the south side of the Square. The six properties that made up numbers 26-31 have been transformed into four unique office spaces that blend period character with modern office design, setting new standards for future heritage refurbishment projects.
Each has its own front door. All are fully air conditioned, energy efficient and powered for today’s technology requirements. The offices have state of the art security systems and all have lifts, car parking, cycle stores and showers. Numbers 30 and 26, now home to Cornelian Asset Managers and Ruffer Limited, both have private garden areas to the rear.
In 2016, we are working with two new occupiers, who have pre-let 32 Charlotte Square and 12/13 Charlotte Square, to create corporate headquarters following their specific requirements for a prestigious and contemporary workplace.
In its entirety, The Collection provides a range of accommodation types, specifications and sizes to suit every business from the newly-formed start-up to the established corporate HQ. Each property has a unique character with every interior configured differently to present a distinct office environment and by carefully managing the building stock, all potential occupational requirements can be catered for, from individual floors to entire townhouses and even combinations of buildings.
